We back our audits with a written guarantee.
The guarantee
If your audit doesn't identify at least one cost item, lease risk, or condition flag that the listing or seller had not disclosed to you, we refund the full $299.
In our experience we always find something. If we don't, you didn't pay.
How to request a refund
Email ekopsitservices@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the audit. Tell us what you think we missed. We process the refund through Stripe within 5 business days.
Outside the guarantee
If you change your mind after we've started work, or if you supplied inaccurate intake information that materially affected the report, the guarantee doesn't apply. We do still consider partial refunds case by case — email us.
Australian Consumer Law
This guarantee sits on top of, not in place of, the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights are not excluded by anything you read here.
