You're MaintScope's customer. We're MaintScope, a trading name of EKOPS IT Services (a sole trader based in NSW, Australia). When you buy an audit from us, the rules below apply.
What we do
We produce a written maintenance liability audit of an NSW commercial premises — usually a cafe, gym, or childcare centre — using equipment and lease information you supply, plus our trade knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and NSW commercial leasing.
The audit is a technical opinion. It is not legal advice. We will routinely flag clauses we think your lawyer should look at, but we are not a law firm, and we don't tell you whether to sign or walk away.
What we charge
$299 AUD, one off, per audit. Paid via Stripe. No subscription, no auto-renew, no hidden charges.
What you get
A PDF audit, typically 12–20 pages, covering:
- Equipment condition flags and replacement cost ranges in AUD
- Lease maintenance, outgoings, capex, and make-good clauses you should look at
- A year-one running cost estimate
- A recommended negotiation position
- Questions to ask the seller before signing
We aim to deliver inside 48 hours of receiving your completed intake. Real-world delays happen — if we're going to be late, we tell you.
What we expect from you
- Honest information on the intake form. Garbage in, garbage out.
- Don't share or resell the report — it's for your purchase decision, not for redistribution.
- The audit is point-in-time. We do not warranty against future market changes, regulatory changes, or anything you discover after delivery.
Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim arising from your audit is capped at the $299 audit fee.
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights stand regardless of what you read here.
